  1. Neurofeedback & Biofeedback Modalities
    Dr. John utilizes cutting edge equipment to allow the brain to change itself in response to feedback from EEG signals measured at the scalp. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) training, Electrodermal Response (EDR), and Peripheral Skin Temperature feedback may be implemented as indicated. Dr. John uses an audiovisual entrainment system as well. All of these modalities provide pathways to allay sympathetic nervous system arousal (Fight or Flight Stress). Prepay 12 sessions of NFB for $500.00. Prepay 30 sessions of NFB for $1,000.00. Train 2/week. Includes 1 1/2 hour intake with assessment.
  2. Hypnotherapy
    Dr. John works with athletes to optimize their mental game. Hypnosis has utility in assisting lifestyle changes beneficial to your health, i.e. weight loss, stage fright & exam anxiety among others. Hypnosis may open a path to personal discovery. Now available by phone and/or webcam as well as face to face.
  3. Quality of Life Enhancement (QOLI)
    Dr. John uses the Quality of Life Inventory, a scientifically validated instrument to help focus on 16 areas of life satisfaction and enhancement.

    Dr. John is enthusiastic about speaking in local college classes about the hope that Interpersonal Neurobiology brings to the field of well-being.
